I have been a Christian for many years, and the one lesson learnt, is that the Word of God is so important.  It needs to permeate thru your very being.  

But we have a few types of Bible reader’s:

• the bible scholar – studier
• the adhoc reader – randomly working there way thru the Bible
• Then the Sunday grazer’s.  Inspired by a sermon.

I am probably the last two scenario’s – sometimes I am great at reading thru or I get inspired and hungrily devour a book.  

Recently I came across reading the Bible …….. as it happened.  Wow, this has just opened up the Bible in a completely new way.

Surprisingly, I have become more committed to reading as it is now in order of how things happened and not in chronological order.  So if your not a scholar – this is then the next best thing.
